  Keynote Speakers

Brandon Lee White

Author, speaker, and youth mover, Brandon Lee White has spoken to thousands of youth and adults in nearly all 50 states about "owning it" in life and leadership.
Brandon has been seen on TLC, Discovery Health, Fit TV, TEDx, and even Wheel of Fortune!  He attended Rockhurst Univeristy where he earned his Master's in Business as well as a double major in Business and Psychology.

At home Brandon loves spending time with his beautiful wife and crazy children.  They enjoy leading and serving in their church.  Plus, Brandon can't get enough of barbecuing, sports, hunting, and meeting new people as he travels around the country.

 Jennifer Webb

Jennifer Webb is a past special education teacher and elementary principal.  She currently serves as the coordinator of student and school services, providing oversight of all Springfield Public Schools customer relations.  In her role, she is the first voice and face of the district when parents and community members want to have their voice heard beyond the building level.  She finds fulfillment in working with others to solve issues at elevated levels, using humor to make the human connection.

Penney Rector

Penney Rector is a former assistant attorney general, director of governmental relationships with the Missouri Council of School Administrators, assistant superintendent with Jefferson CIty Public Schools, and chief human resources officer with Springfield Public Schools.  She is now a partner at Mickes O'Toole LLC, which provides legal counsel, advisement, and advocacy to governmental entities, including public schools.  Penney recognizes that every voice and story matters in human connection, and that finding common ground is the best way to move forward.
