COULD SCHOOL LEADERSHIP BE YOUR NEXT STEP?

Maybe you’ve thought about becoming a principal.
Maybe someone has told you that you should, or perhaps you’re simply curious about what school leadership really looks like.

MAESP’s Aspiring Leaders Workshop is designed for educators who want to explore the principalship without needing to know Yet whether it’s the path for them.

Spend a day with practicing Missouri principals and get an authentic look at the work—the rewarding parts, the challenging parts, and the parts nobody puts in the job description.

EXPLORE WHAT MIGHT BE NEXT.

You don’t need an administrative title to begin developing as a leader, and you certainly don’t need to have your entire career mapped out.

Bring your questions, your experiences, and your curiosity. Come spend a day discovering whether the principalship might be part of what’s next for you.
