The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) is a statewide organization in Missouri that exists to serve the needs of elementary and middle school principals, assistant principals and those educators interested in becoming elementary or middle level principals. MAESP is an affiliate of the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). The MAESP network has grown to include over 1,100 school administrators from across Missouri. MAESP works hard to understand the issues facing elementary and middle school principals and represent the interests of association members. To compliment NAESP Legal Benefits Program (LBP) of $1,000 to $10,000 coverage, MAESP Legal Benefits Program will provide crisis legal counseling and up to $500 (based on continuous membership) for legal fees incurred for contract difficulties. Members will be provided legal advice and information with regard to state laws and educational issues from an attorney on our staff. | MissionConnect, develop, support and empower elementary and middle school leaders in Missouri VisionA highly effective and innovative principal in every Missouri school ValuesMaximizing student success requires high-quality leadership.
