The Missouri Elementary Principal is the official magazine of the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals.

The September issue of the magazine is sent to MAESP members and all other elementary and middle level principals in Missouri. The December, February, and May issues are sent to our 1,100+ members and subscribers who are leaders in their profession and decision-makers in their schools.

Leadership Conference Program Advertisement

The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals will publish a full page, full color program for the 2021 Leadership Conference. This program will reach over 500 elementary principals and education leaders from around the state.

MAESP accepts articles from Business Associate Members for publication in The Elementary Principal magazine. Articles must not be advertisements and inclusion in the magazine is dependent on content and submission date.

Ad Specifications

Advertisers must submit material camera read. Any production charges will be billed to the advertiser. Ads must be in PDF format with embedded fonts.

Bleeds are available for full page ads only.

Advertisements may be emailed to maesp@maesp.com.

Indemnification: Advertising will be accepted with the understanding that the advertiser and his agency, jointly and severally will indemnify and hold harmless the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals and any of its officers, agents and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right to privacy, copyright infringement or plagiarism. The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals reserves the right to reject any advertisement at any time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received before the advertising deadline for issue.
