Calling all women leaders within MAESP.  You are invited to join women from across the state as we discuss the dynamics of career advancement for women leaders!  During this inaugural pre-conference session, we will explore strategies and best practices to navigate the unique challenges faced by women in leadership roles.

Our pre-conference session will be led by experienced female educators and leaders who will share their personal experiences and insights on how to lead with authenticity, build effective systems of support, and balance the demands of work and life. We will also discuss ways to navigate gender biases and how to advocate for yourself and your ideas. Further, the session will provide a supportive and collaborative environment for attendees to gain practical tools and strategies for success as a female leader.
